What is Volvo ID?

Volvo ID is a personal ID that allows access to a wide range of online Volvo services. This article describes the scope of use and benefits of Volvo ID.

Volvo ID

Volvo ID is a personal login which consists of a username (e-mail address) and a password. Volvo ID is used when logging in to a series of connected services from Volvo, see information below. For information on how to set up a Volvo ID, see Create and register a Volvo ID .

Not all markets have access to My Volvo website and/or Volvo On Call. For further assistance, contact your local Volvo dealer or Customer Support.

Online services requiring Volvo ID are described below.

The services available may vary over time and depend on equipment level and market.

  • My Volvo website - A personalised webpage that gives you a clear overview of your car ownership, all the latest news, relevant information and offers from Volvo.

Cars equipped with Sensus Connect

  • Send to Car – The 'Send to Car' service allows you to send an address from an online map service directly to your Volvo. To be able to use this function, you have to have registered your Volvo ID in your car. For more information, see What is Send to Car?.
  • Volvo On Call (VOC)

    Option.

Why have a Volvo ID?

  • Volvo ID gives you one username and one password to access a variety of online services, i.e. only one username and one password to remember.
  • When changing the username/password for a service (e.g. Volvo On Call
