As an early buyer of the XC90, you now have the opportunity to visit your Volvo dealer to upgrade the software in your car. The upgrade will be available from the middle of November 2015. All you need to do is book a suitable time.
At the visit, you can upgrade the software in your Volvo's Sensus Connect system to the latest version, which gives you access to new functions and improvements. We will also answer any questions you may have.
Amongst other things, the upgrade includes the following services and improvements:

The Sensus Connect system in your Volvo XC90 will be upgraded to give you a more intuitive and comfortable experience, including improved functionality for the navigation system. For more information on Sensus Connect, see About Sensus Connect
Apple CarPlay is a service which seamlessly integrates the functions on your iPhone with the touchscreen in the centre display, turning it into an intuitive part of your Volvo. If you purchased the Apple CarPlay service when you ordered your Volvo XC90, the service will be installed in your car at this time. You can add the service even if you did not buy Apple CarPlay when you ordered your Volvo – ask your Volvo dealer for more information.
