2016 XC70 Folding door mirrors

Despite being set to do so in "Mycar", the door mirrors do not fold when the car is locked?

Hello Oldlag and welcome to the forum.
Strange, the mirrors should fold when locking if the settings are done in the MyCar menu.
When you lock the doors, do you hear any sound from the mirror electrical motors?
If you sit in the car with ignition on, try folding the mirrors, depress the L and R buttons simultaneously for a second.
(L and R buttons on the driver side window switch panel)
Do the mirrors fold?

Hi Goran,
Thanks for the reply. As it happens I found a decent version of the Owner's manual online (the printed version with the car is useless) and it told me to do the L and R button trick and that worked fine. Thereafter the mirrors have folded when locking. apparently you need to do this if they get knocked in order to reset them.
