This article describes how to manage your Volvo ID, e.g. how to change your password or delete your Volvo ID.
You can change your username from My profile in My Volvo or My account in the Volvo On Call app.
When you change user name or password on the Volvo ID pages, the Volvo On Call app will be automatically updated with the new login details. You will be logged out from the app and need to login again with the new login details for your Volvo ID.

You can delete your Volvo ID in the Volvo On Call app or on My Volvo.
Go to My profile on My Volvo or My account in the Volvo On Call app and select Delete Volvo ID.
If you choose to delete your Volvo ID you will receive a notification that you are no longer able to use certain services that require a Volvo ID. Note that the Volvo On Call service is not automatically discontinued when you delete your Volvo ID. To discontinue the Volvo On Call service, contact your Volvo dealer for more information.
