The Internet radio service TuneIn has several different functions. You can, for example, play local radio, add favourites or store shortcuts to radio stations. This article describes how you use these services and how you access them from your car.
Follow the instructions below to access TuneIn.
In application view: Download the TuneIn app from Remote update service. For information on how to download apps, see Download, update and uninstall apps.
In application view: Open the TuneIn app.
The car connects to TuneIn. The first time you connect to TuneIn the music is buffered, which may take a few seconds.
You do not need to have a TuneIn account to be able to use the service, but it is recommended. An account will allow you, for example, to choose your favourite radio stations which you can then listen to easily in your car. Follow the instructions below to access your account information from your car.
Expand the view and click on Sign in
A pop-up box opens, where you can log in.
Enter your username and password, then press Sign in.
You can now access account information.
TuneIn makes it easy to scroll through different categories; follow the instructions below.
Expand the view and click on Library
A list of stations and categories is shown.
If you are logged in to TuneIn in the car, your favourites will be synchronised with your account. Otherwise your favourites will only be available in the car. To add a favourite, follow the instructions below.
In Expanded view
Click on the radio station you want to set as a favourite.
Mark the star icon on the right
The station has now been added to your favourites.
