Theft warning and tracing

With GPS positioning and GSM technology, Volvo On Call can help you if your car is stolen and can also help you in an emergency if you do not have access to your car keys. Help with these services is available when you contact a Volvo On Call service centre.

Anti-theft warning

If anyone tries to break into your car, an operator at a Volvo On Call service centre will be notified automatically. The operator first tries to make contact with you via your registered telephone number. If it turns out that your car is being used by an unauthorised person, the police will be notified.

Stolen Vehicle Tracking (SVT)

The Volvo On Call operator can initiate a trace of your stolen car at your request. We can use GPS positioning to trace your car regardless of whether it is being driven or transported in some other way. When speaking to the VOC operator, you have to state your Volvo On Call PIN code in order to identify you as the owner of the car, or another authorised person.

Remote Door Unlock (RDU)

A Volvo On Call service centre can help you unlock your car if you have lost your car keys or accidentally locked them in your car. When speaking to the VOC operator, you have to state your Volvo On Call PIN code in order to identify you as the owner of the car, or another authorised person.
