When a collision is detected, your Volvo alerts a trained operator to contact the vehicle and send emergency service.

Theft alert
Volvo On Call is alerted if there is a suspicious entry into your car. If it’s stolen, we’ll use your car’s GPS to find or immobilize it.

Use the app to pre-heat your engine or warm up the cabin of your diesel Volvo without using the engine. (Requires a factory fitted parking heater.)

Start your car up to 15 minutes before you leave and remotely control your Volvo’s climate system. (Available for selected 2015 models.)

Using the Volvo On Call app requires your car to be factory-equipped with Volvo On Call, model year 2012 and later. Depending on the model of your Volvo, there may be variations on the features available.
