1. Dealer must select replacement vehicle option at the time of quoting the customer. Rentals will be increased. 2. We will only deliver within office hours and on the UK mainland. Outside office hours, the customer must collect the vehicle. 3. Customer will be asked to supply a written order accepting all replacement vehicle costs if they have not selected this option. 4. Relief vehicle option is for mechanical repair only. |

| RAC | Includes European cover with Vehicle on Hire Certificate (VE103) and letter of authority, cover provides breakdown assistance to and from UK ports and recover to nearest garage when overseas with repatriation to UK if vehicle repairs cannot be completed. | |
| Maintenance | Includes all scheduled servicing and mechanical repairs, tyres, batteries, exhausts and MOT test. Accidental damage not included. |
